• All orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the lab.
• All frames have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase ** Discontinued frames will be replaced at an equal or lesser value.
• All doctor changes will be honored within 45 days from the date of the updated prescription at no additional charge.
